30-day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

Return Requirements

Damages and Incorrect Items

Exchange

We do not accept exchanges. We recommend that you return the unwanted item and purchase a new one.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your refund, we will inform you that the refund has been approved. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please note that the bank's processing time may affect how long it takes for the refund to appear in your account. The usual time is 14 days.
