Orders and Delivery at Senna Mode
Here is important information about ordering, delivery, and handling specific situations at Senna Mode:
We always deliver and ship our products to you for free! So you do not need to pay any shipping costs.
Order Processing
If you place an order before 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00), we start processing it the same business day, and we have 1-2 business days to pack and prepare the goods for shipment.
Delivery Times
After your order has been processed, you can expect the following delivery times:
- Norge: 7-12 business days.
Tracking number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, our customer service team is available via info@sennamode.com.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product is defective or incorrect upon delivery, we offer a free replacement the first time. We do not refund money but replace the product. For repeated issues, we refund your full purchase price.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we send a new package at no cost. We have a refund and return policy in case of issues.
Delivery to Door or Post Office
We cover the costs of delivery to the door or post office. If a package is not received or picked up at the post office, it is automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to deduct 15 euros from the refunded amount.
Order Cancellation
As we immediately begin processing orders, cancellation is unfortunately not possible after placing the order.
